Growing up in Washington state I knew I had to order 'Coho Salmon' from @Barn2Yarn in the UK. It was worth the wait, beautifully dyed Teeswater locks inspired this scarf. Merino wool in a natural tone from the US plus short locks from Canada for accent round out this international creation.
The wet felting process uses cool water and olive oil to transform the wool fibers into a wool felt. Rolling hundreds of times, had rubbing, and the fulling process to shrink and shape the final product results in this delightful scarf for you.
Soft, functional and fashionable; this scarf will keep you warm and up your style!
Approximately 74" length (end of locks) x 6" width. Created in a smoke free environment.
Care: Hand wash in cool water, rinse, gently squeeze out water, roll in a towel to remove excess moisture, lay flat to dry, shape as necessary. Optional: iron on wool/silk setting, you may use a pressing cloth as well. Do not put in a washing machine or dryer, it will shrink more and the shape may also be affected.
